1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ANM TV’s website, mobile application, or related services (collectively the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform provides free or paid access to sermons, worship content and related media in video/audio formats.

Users may register or donate to access enhanced content. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and current, and agree to maintain its accuracy.

3. Donations & Subscriptions

All donations and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.

No donation amounts are eligible for cancellation, refund, or partial credit.

No tax exemption certificates (80G) will be issued for any donation 

4. Subscription Billing

If you subscribe on a recurring basis, billing will continue until you cancel the auto-renewal. No refunds will be processed for any remaining period after cancellation 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including sermons, videos, images, and text, is owned by Ankur Narula Ministries and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. License to Use Platform

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform’s operation;
Use any automated tools to access or use the Platform;
Transmit harmful or inappropriate content;
Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason—without notice or liability.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Ankur Narula Ministries will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
